You will be at the heart of DI (Diagnostic Imaging) Systems and will be part of the Manufacturing team to ensure On Time manufacturing completion at the plant You will also initiate improvement projects to further improve the manufacturing process. DI Systems is an important part of Philips, and delivers advanced solutions for health professionals to meet the needs of patients worldwide.You are responsible forTURN AROUND BUSINESS RESULTS: Put a high performance and growth culture in place that delivers profitability and that can sustain yearly improvements in results.MANAGEMENT CONTROL: Ensure proper review mechanism is in place, which drives Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance. Communicate with other departments to deliver on agreed volume and on time delivery of the product. Constantly review the resource requirements and take corrective actions to support QCD targets.QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensure effective controls and monitoring is in place to identify any non-conformance with respect to quality (incoming as well as outgoing) and drive DEFOA reduction initiatives.IMPROVE PLANT MOTIVATION: Support implementation of engagement initiatives that improves motivation and morale of employees and delivers improved EES scores.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Constantly review areas for improvement with the team for continuous improvement by driving lean initiatives. Support engineering in new product introduction activities and order desk for regular services.TRAINED & MOTIVATED WORKFORCE: Ensure that personal development requirements for employees are reviewed and appropriate training and development is delivered.TEAM EFFECTIVENESS: Coach and mentor all direct reports so that everybody works in conjunction with each other. Continuously review the structure of the department to support productivity improvement.HEALTH, SAFETY, & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure proper compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, Regulatory and ISO requirements.You are a part ofWithin DI Systems, the Order-To-Cash process entails all the activities from receipt of customer order to delivery at hospital site. Within the Order-To-Cash process, you will be the part of the Manufacturing team ensuring that we meet the customer demand on time and in full. Ensure that we have 100% Completion on time of the orders.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceBE in Elcetrical / Electronics / Mechanical engg with 6 to 8 years of experience.Diploma in engg with 10+ years of experience.Candidates with MBA would be additionally preferred.In return, we offer youThis demanding position will allow you to prove your strengths in Manufacturing team.
