Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities: Build the PL Card proposition viz. features pricing rewards usage etc. with complete E2E process ownership Responsible for product creation delivery & ongoing management Recommend guidelines for managing customer interaction and implementing the same to ensure best in class customer servicing Design rewards program for PL Card customers Manage the policy for PL Card program to ensure risk metrics are as per defined thresholds Create challenger programs for targeting new customer segments Funnel Monitoring Design customer journeys for PL card onboarding as well as conversion to PL Identify growth opportunities for PL Card business and to leverage PL card platform effectively Identify partners for digital partnerships across ETB PTB & NTB segments Liaise with internal stakeholders for communication & innovation tests Lead initiatives to increase funnel efficiency & KPIs across channels Work proactively with IT Operations Credit Risk and other key stakeholders across the organization to resolve critical process issues in a timely manner , * Masters degree from Premier Institute At least 6-10 years experience in BFSI domain preferably from Fintech Understands financial products, technology platforms & has been in similar role earlier A passion for how to use agile and lean practices to improve the speed and quality of delivery Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self -starter Strong Problem-solving ability Ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports Strong communication and presentation skills
