Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - o Plan & deliver key capabilities/ projects for B2B business Rural B2B is a large and high velocity business in Rural vertical and this role has primary ownership delivery of capabilities for that business Ownership of planning and delivery of capabilities across entire SFDC and 3in1 platforms to drive next set of growth for the business Would be responsible for delivery of around 10-12 large projects and 20-25 small projects yearly Stakeholder management and alignment with business IT Credit Ops Marketing Risk and Collections teams Plan and deliver key AOP projects for Rural B2B business Plan and align the resources for the support during key festive seasons for Rural B2B Identify gaps in processes & products to ensure new enhancement Should create both a short- and long-term product plan and idea backlog Track closures on business requirements & prepare BRDs write test cases get the built deployed and do production support o Stakeholder alignment Stakeholder management and alignment with business IT Credit Ops Marketing Risk and Collections teams Ensure signoffs and capability adoption with support of all stakeholders i.e. business IT Credit Ops Marketing Risk and Collections teams Establish relationship and collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to deliver on the desired requirements o Competitive benchmarking Analyze competition performance and technologies used by them within the industry as well as outside the industry Gain visibility into competitors audience behaviors and plan our execution strategy around the same o Digital Transformation Identify process automation opportunities and plan solutioning and delivery of the same Deliver digital technologies to transform existing traditional and non-digital processes o KPIs ownership Ownership of KPIs across core system and 3in1 platforms to ensure that business is up and running as this is a very high velocity business Tracking reporting and RCA to be done with technology team for permanent fix Support in delivering efficiencies through effectively tracking KPIs o Team Management Lead a team of 4-5 Project Managers and ensure timely and bug-free delivery of all capabilities Hiring attrition management performance management and talent management of the team of project managers o Define and deliver business impact Track & publish the impact of capabilities with regards to business volume or track correlation of pre-defined metrics Continuous identification of opportunities to identify and deliver capabilities which would deliver significant impact on business * Major Challenges - MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Prioritization of capability delivery between business priorities and limited IT bandwidth Keeping a balance between long term/medium term/short term projects so that business gets the maximum benefit out of these projects Dependencies of cross functional stakeholders for any capability to go live and kick off Time management with multiple parallel projects running simultaneously and keeping a control on KPIs of live systems to ensure business is up and running Keeping up with new technological advancements in the industry and even outside the industry for benchmarking and adaptation Keeping pace with ever changing dynamics of the organization * Key Decisions / Dimensions - DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Identification of high impact projects and prioritizing the same for business benefit During solutioning with IT this role is expected to provide alternative solutions/ recommendations on platforms or technologies to be used for delivering business requirement Launch plan of each capability and defining success metrics of each project Team decisions related to resource planning hiring talent management and performance management Budgeting related to cost of project vs expected business outcomes Prioritization & reprioritization of projects basis business impact 7. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Rural B2B does around 5 Lacs monthly disbursals and any breakage in live system has huge implications on business volumes Rural B2B does around 5 Lacs monthly disbursals and any delay in capability launch has implications on projected business volumes out of the capability System compliances need to be maintained at all times and any issue can lead to reputational and financial loss by an action of the regulator Project delivery timelines has cost and budget implications which needs to be in line with the plan KPIs need to be always in acceptable range for all platforms i.e. SFDC 3in1 ISD Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) Total Team Size: 7 Number of Direct Reports: 5 Number of Indirect Reports: NA Number of Outsourced employees: 2 Number of locations: 1 Number of products: 2 (B2B RDP RDD RLS & FI) , * a) Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA) Work Experience 8+ years in relevant profile Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills Should have excel skills & power point presentations Should have an innovative bent of mind Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
