Job Description

*Role: Scrum Master/ Technical Project Manager Exp.: 10-16 yearsDescription: Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager (SM/TPM) will be involved to construct the sprints based on the duration and timelines to complete the project, oversee and monitor the Sprints deliverables timely and report any issues to the architect and consecutively assign new sprints based on the timelines defined. This role will also be responsible for the coordination of activities with cross-functional teams and engagement with other organizations The role will be responsible to create weekly reports, coordinate day in day out activities, ensuring to have a smooth engagement and platform with necessary approvals, etc., and report immediately in case of any hurdles so that sprint delivery is not impacted.3+ years of experience working with teams in creating Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master.Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile conceptsExperience with Agile software development methodologyAbility to manage medium / large size Agile projectsExpertise in use of agile tools for driving Scrum practices and/or JIRA to track team progressExperience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and UX teamsSkills:Must have experience in Implementing Security solutions for any CloudMust have experience in design, development, implementation, log source integration on any CloudMust have Due diligence, develop transition plan and onboarding on Cloud based SIEM (Security Incident and Event Management)Must have good exposure in DevOps and/or SecurityPreferred Develop, automate, and orchestrate tasks-playbooks, logic apps - SOAR (Security Orchestration and Automated Response)Preferred Content development -Use case, workbook, log analytics, Playbook.Preferred Creating workbooks to implement dashboards and appsPreferred qualifications:Having some background or coursework in Computer ScienceScrum Coach certification, Scrum Master certification or the likes.Relevant experience in a product organization,
