  • Design and development of Electric and Electronic system functions.
  • The candidate would need to interact and align with global group companies and external partners for development areas.
Must Have:
  • Team leadership experience and experience is setting up program/team
  • Develop and execute strategies based on requirements, architecture
  • Extensive experience in the field of software development for electronic control units
  • Responsible for the design and development of AUTOSAR based Simulink, TargetLink models as per the MAAB guidelines with good software engineering practices.
  • Requirement analysis, specifications creation & Model Based Algorithm Development (MBD) using MATLAB, Simulink and State flow, Target link
  • Develop procedures, proposals, plans, and guidelines and initiate their implementation
  • Excellent communication skills: Written/verbal, keeps others informed, involves the right people in decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to authorize high-level and/or complex decisions within the function
  • Experience providing regular feedback to team members and resolving performance issues
  • Experience hiring, supervising, career development of the team and coaching a team
  • Drive the development of new technologies to improve quality, efficiency and reduce cost
  • Knowledge on Agile development process and tools
  • Flexibility for international travel (e.g. 3 months)
Good to Have:
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
  • Experience in the automotive field and exposure of multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of various software development Processes
