Job Description

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring for Aerospace & Filtration & Golf Grip PM team members and related engineeering teams at EIIC to Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans that deliver on scope, schedule, and financial commitments. Guide teams from project initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, and closure.
  • Build effective cross-functional team dynamics by recognizing individual strengths and weaknesses, providing proactive feedback and coaching, and creating an atmosphere that inspires learning and recognition. Drive a mindset of transparency, proactive risk mitigation and methodical problem solving.
  • Builds strong customer relationships and anticipates/ delivers customer centric solutions
  • Attracts and selects the talent needed to meet current and future business need, continuously develop and enhance the capabilities of the team.
  • Manage and develop talent: identifies, attracts and develop key talent for the organization
  • Engages talent to attain high level of performance enablement, employee engagement & managerial effectiveness.
  • Establish and execute effective internal and external stakeholder communication strategies that address customer, internal leadership, and core team needs for the duration of a project.
  • Strengthen skillsets in cross-functional and operational knowledge areas outside of previous domain expertise (i.e. Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance).
  • Develop & Drive Digital mindset in team driving continuous improvement and, speed of execution through systematic problem solving techniques (DFSS, DMAIC , LEAN)
  • Deploy organizational process in the team including engineering processes, Eaton corporate process (PreLaunch, PROLaunch, ACES, APEX, EBS etc), and applicable governmental processes (ITAR, EAR), and patent related activities.
QualificationsRequirement:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate [preferred] degree in Mechanical engineerin
  • Overall 10+ years of experience,
  • Minimum 5 years of Program Management PMP certified, Experience of Aerospace business is preferabl
  • Portfolio, Program & PM methodologies, processes and tools, DFSS GB certification, Analytical Thinking, Sound Engineering acume
  • Drive for Results, Analysis-First Mindset, Organizational Savvy, Strong Communications and Influencing skills,
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external customers, High level of creativity and strategic thinking
