Job Description

    If you desire to be part of something special, to be part of a winning team, to be part of a fun team - winning is fun.We are looking forward to Program Manager- in Eaton s GSC COE, based in Pune, India.The role is central to our successful execution of the programs running from GSC COEHe / she will draw on previous experience of project management to successfully run high profile transitions work to deliver both our financial savings and strategic goals. To lead this successfully, the program manager will employ project management, business analysis and change management expertise that he / she will have developed through previous work. Through his / her work, the program manager will deliver change in a manner that is controlled and sustainable; is sensitive to the needs to stakeholders; engages and benefits stakeholders.The Program Manager will play an important role in developing the functions strategic plans for future growth, current work sustenance and transitions.The role which offers a broad variety of responsibilities including international liaising and great learning opportunities.1. Strategically define the growth path for the assigned function and address customer pain points2. Identifying new possible roles and initiate new skill development based on future customer needs3. Designing Marketing tools and packages for the function4. Working with the HR team to manage staff and resources for programs, Managing HC allocations and ownership on reporting of savings.5. Identifying Key Customers Stakeholder and defining communication plan6. Increase awareness of programs through conducting workshops in person or remotely7. Reporting on program performance to executive teams and directors and senior leaders8. Identifying opportunities for continual improvement & developing industry partnerships9. Oversee the final delivery of each service transition meets the agreed customer and stakeholder requirements as agreed at the time of HC approval and have the right business impact captured10. Ensure the project delivers the required benefits on time and on target and is a flawless launch11. Develop and maintain communication at all levels across the organization to facilitate smooth and effective delivery of projects.12. Design, organize and facilitate change activity with staff at all levels and external stakeholders, developing changes that will meet their requirements and deliver the desired outcomes of the function.QualificationsIf you are: Bachelor s degree from an accredited institute with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experienceSolution mindset, creative and good at relationship management.Prior experience managing projects in a large, multi-country organization with virtual teamsPrior Experience of transitions in an Shared services environmentInfluence stakeholders from various disciplines and across different levels of seniority across the organizationFlexible in attitude to accept all tasks related to the position & willingness to learn new skills when required.Preferred Qualifications:PMP/any other project management certification is an added advantage Position Criteria:
