Role within the organisation: If you ve worked in marketing , you ll know that the field is undergoing a paradigm shift toward digitally - driven , measurable creativity. You will be the go to person for the Account Managers to get their client work done on time. You will be conducting daily scrums to assign tasks to all the teams. You will also need to ensure that priority tasks are taken up first. Responsibilities: Detailed planning and managing the execution of digital marketing / digital solutions projects Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Ability to effectively manage resource estimation and allocation Conduct daily scrums / update meetings Determine and assess the need for additional staff and / or consultants and communicate the same to the management / recruitment team if necessary during project cycle Ensure timely delivery , track milestones , evaluate risks and recommend contingency plans Coordinate with all the teams and leads for task allocation and timely completion Skills Project and team management Resource planning and task allocation Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing Digital Marketing overall knowledge,
