(Possibility of travelling to USA for business meetings.Skills Required: Must lead teams and manage activities associated with projects. Projects may range from a few days to several months in duration. Work closely with the clients from different time zones, IT resources and the management team to establish the scope and goals of the project and provide leadership for the definition and delivery of project initiatives. Responsible to ensure that key project documentation is structured to thoroughly understand what staff member(s) and or consultant(s) are needed to complete projects e.g., statements-of-work, change orders, project plans, requirements, issues list, risk management lists, status reports, meeting agendas, etc. Establish and manage a pragmatic, detailed plan (schedule) to ensure the projects are executed on time and meet the client goals. Must drive project issues through to resolution using the methodology established in the organization and effectively manage and control project changes. Analyze and effectively report on project metrics e.g., hours burned vs. hours estimated, profitability, project progress, risk & issues etc. Must be able to effectively communicate and advise the management team of project status which includes project dependencies & realistic timelines for completion. Create and deliver presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Experience with Jira Software and Jira Confluence (or comparable) applications. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management roles. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials in a professional manner,
