Short DescriptionProject Lead _ 6-9 years _ PuneJob ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities:To lead a team of 20 associates at offshore To understand Mainframe support project requirement and provide the solution to client and surrounding teams Coordinate and support relevant stakeholders and teams Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographical regions Internal weekly meetings with offshore Prepare Team dashboard SLA metrics and QL metrics of team Offshore role as per UK shifts Required Skills Strong knowledge on IBM Mainframes and Software Configuration Management Good Knowledge on JCL VSAM Gener OL Good knowledge on Software configuration Management activities on mainframe environment Should have good Mainframe knowledge mainly CA7 File Aid and Version control tools Strong Knowledge of SDLC Excellent analysis and critical reasoning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client management and presentation skills Prior experience of onsite offshore model Should be multi tasking and able to meet deadlines Hands on experience on Remedy tool Preferred Experience in Insurance domain Preferred Experience of implementing Quality Processes such as RCA and metrics,
