Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare timelines based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project status in order to meet deadlines Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage communication with clients and internally by assigning tasks and tracking expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Execute projects with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level project management tools like Redmine, Basecamp and JIRA. Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with multi-country team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA PersonnelBalanced business/technical background:Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business valueQualifications for Project Manager :Proven experience on 5 7 years as a Project Manager in a competitive environment Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices like AGILE methodology, SCRUM, Redmine, JIRA etc. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skillsJoining : Immediate,
