Job Description

    • As a manager you will lead the development life cycle for software.
    • You will be responsible for recording technical requirement and tracking of the project related features.
    • You will also analyse reported errors, assign them to responsible teams, follow up and monitor the correction progress and actively evaluate technical solutions and interface proposals.
    • The focus will be to coordinate all resource activities, features and bug fixes on the project according to the product needs.
    • Handle allocation of resources to projects and work with the practice to get right resources onboarded to the projects.
    • Drives day to day dev team activities to meet project milestones.Develop a complete product requirements document and as well as templates for reference.Coordination, planning, first level tech support, individual issues.
    Responsibilities:
    • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
    • Lead the application scope and objectives and preparing functional & technical specifications.
    • Guide the technical team with DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Branching strategy, configuration management concepts and best practices, migration best practices, etc) and Cloud for delivery.
    • Track the end to end progress of the software requirements and defect from the definition to the verification
    • Participate and provide input for execution for Solution Design, process improvement & Engineering Activities
    • Come up delivery Schedule in terms of mile-stone and specific tasks to be completed
    • Understand and effectively lead the execution of the scrum ceremonies and practices with your team.
    • Sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, reporting & metrics (e.g., burn down, velocity).
    • Make sure user stories should have acceptance criteria and definition of done clearly defined
    • Guide team in scope definition, prioritization and backlog creation as well as work break down structures, timelines and estimation
    • Effectively manage Risk, escalations, Dependency and Quality
    • Provides support and monitors the system. Facilitates small group design sessions or code reviews.
    • Ensure adherence to enterprise and team processes, procedures and guidelines
    • Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
    • Facilitate the development of user stories and use cases to support the development of functional designs
    • Tracking progress against plan and resolving any variances as soon as they are identified
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure that all in scope business and technical requirements are incorporated into design and builds, Lead the coordination of release schedules.
    • Timely identifying and Removing impediments to the Development Teams progress
    • Making trade-offs between features, schedule, and costs based on their relationship to business goals, company policies, software architecture constraints, and software development team capabilities.
    Requirements:
    • Engineering or similar degree.
    • Strong organizational leadership skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent Analytical skills
    • Able to manage and build large technology and product teams
    • Start-up tech experience will be a plus.
    • Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams.
    • Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management.
