Job Description

  • Overall experience of 14 years with least 4 years of Engagement Management experience with Previous experience in developing applications in telecom domain is desirable
  • A good understanding of Product Engineering life cycle is required.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative project management and risk management Experience in working with globally distributed teams
  • Ability to manage multiple interdependent complex projects Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Creating and managing long term goals.
  • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyzing program risks.
  • Working on strategy with the marketing team.
  • The following domain experience will be a plus point Basic understanding of networking including L2L3 Switching & Routing Fundamentals of SDN , NFV (Network function virtualization) , and Orchestration
  • Experience in delivery of industry orchestration and management solutions for OSS and BSS.
  • Understanding of Service Delivery Platform architecture across OSSBSS Experience in optical transport (DWDM), OTN, packet and telecom or IT networking infrastructures.
  • Expert in testing or delivery of MPLS network solutions or IPMPLS technologies.
  • Experience with Network Management and various tools, Open APIs (REST, NetConf, Yang, gRPC etc.) Expert in storage area networking (SAN) and data center architectures
