Technical/ Process Skills A Project Manager is responsible from Project planning, strategy to execution The incumbent is responsible to interact with clients directly and regularly and play a pivotal role in translating business ideas into meaningful solutions He/ she would be an interface in understanding the client s requirements and work collaboratively with the project execution team to help achieve optimum results As a leader, he/ she should be able to coach & mentor the team in their work areas.
