Job Description

    Walk in drive for Property Adviser Location: LivNest Technologies, 302, Business Square, Opposite to DSK Ranvara, Bavdhan, Pune - 411021Desired Candidate Profile:Job description
    • Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company.
    • Evaluate a clients needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales targets.
    • Cold call, message customers to arrange site visits.
    • Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation.
    • Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders.
    • Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes.
    • Develop relationships with clients, builders to increase performance.
    • Prior experience in sales/business development will be preferred
    • Good communication skills & Client handling skills
