Experience in handling multiple Software Testing projects. Talent Management (Interim - reviews and Trainings). People Management. Resource Planning and Allocation and Tracking. Maintains sufficient bench to prevent attrition risks and addressing resource requirements for new practices. Builds highly motivated and talented teams. Plans and drives IP creation projects and associated POCs in agile manner. Ensures customer satisfaction through delivery excellence. Ensures operations within thresholds of gross margin and resource utilization. Should have guided test automation teams on technology issues Should have participated in presales activities Should have done test automation POCs with hands on experience Should have provided innovative solutions to the clients to make testing efficient Should have provided effort estimates Location: Pune, India.
