Lead - Quality Assurance & Testing>> Develops testing plan scenarios for moderately complex unit , process , function , integration and acceptance testing. Assists in establishing goals for appropriate testing cycles and defines and manages software test environments , test standards and quality assurance tasks. Develops test cases , scenarios and scripts to ensure applications quality. Designs and develops usability testing scenarios , and administers certain portions of the testing process. Defines criteria for testing and analyzes results of testing sessions. Analyzes moderately complex systems requirements. Helps resolve moderately complex problems detected in testing. Provides input into selection of testing tools and approaches. Identifies and documents software and systems defects. Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.
