Job Description

  • Provide SME support to delivery in metrics and estimation area Support BU in process implementation to achieve external certifications CMMI ISO SOC etc Conduct trainings to delivery in Quality domain
  • Guide delivery in Agile and DevOps implementation
  • Conduct internal audits and identify potential delivery risks Implement L4 L5 practices in the BU and develop prediction models
  • Analyze BU metrics data using statistical techniques create baselines SME support to projects in the BU in SDLC methodologies and in tailoring deviations
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks SCRUM XP Kanban SAFe etc Good understanding of the DevOps Concepts Continuous Delivery Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment and Automation Sound L4 L5 statistical
  • Knowledge and experience in creating prediction models organization goal setting process
  • Expertise in metrics measurements metrics analysis and inferences
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC Processes Experience in creating metrics dashboards and reports to management team
  • Experience in creating performance baselines and conduct analysis and derive inferences
  • Expertise in FP Story point based estimation models
  • Well versed with CMMI ISO frameworks standards and experienced in implementations
  • Well versed with SOC controls
  • Good analytical skills using excel and Minitab
  • Good communication oral written and presentation skills
  • Expertise in Minitab Excel VB macros
