Job Description

1. B.E Mechanical with 3 years of experience in PPAP documentation review as per QPL standard for commodities like casting, metal fabrication, machining, hydraulic, Sheetmetal2.Should have knowledge & hands on experience in new product development, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Mistake Proofings techniques, Statistical Tools, Problem solving techniques (7QC,8D), Continuous improvement, Data Visualization tools, QMS, GD&T, MSA, Capability studies3. Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance.4.Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques. (e.g. pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts and control plans.)5.Quality Tools & Techniques: Knowledge of Basic and Advanced Quality Tools and exposure to Product warranty and reliability.6.Knowledge of Assembly, Inspection and Testing7.
