Urgent required for.manufacturing industries.Department-QualityPost- Quality EngineerFresher candidateSalary- 20000Qualification- DME/BE MechanicalNo of Position-10On Roll JobJob Location- Talegon MIDCInterview Time- 10 To 4Date 16 to 20 nov.Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities:1.Preparation of QAP/ITP and Procedure for project wise to the supplier & Customer.2.Review of supplier MTC/MTR as per standards.3.Material record book & Final dossier verification as per the Project order4.Knowwledge required in International Codes, Standards and Specification in ISO, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, MESC, MSS and API etc.5.Need to take care of third party inspection/Customer/Client witness inspection.6.Supplier Quality Inspection Coordination with inspection agencies & Valves / Material to be cleared based on the PO Requirement.7.Inspection knowledge and experience required in Inward/In-process/Final Inspection/PDI stages8.Knowledge and Experience required in Hydro Testing of GATE/GLOBE/CHECK/BALL/BUTTERFLY/CONTROL VALVE Products.9.Knowledge and experience required in NDT Tests (PT/MPT/UT/RT/VT)10.Knowledge required in the NCR and CAPA11.Knowledge required in the QMSNO ANY REGISTRATION FEESContact-Miss.
