Job Description

  • Roles &Responsibilities
  • All functions of manufacturing operations right from inspection of raw material till dispatch of finish goods.
  • [ Priority wise - 40% Fabrication, + 40% Machining + 20% Assembly & Dispatch]
  • Monitoring Workers daily activities to ensure improve productivity.
  • Train employees in fundamentals of Quality as well as all the staff related to work.
  • All theprocedures required for ISO 9001:2015, 5S, kaizen and poka yoke&Advance Lean Management should be followed.
  • Develop all necessary formats to implement quality by use of necessary softwares, generating SOPs etc.
  • Reporting of value addition to co, in monthly performance and rejection/ rework report which should be measurable.
  • Calibration activity, knowledge of NDT
  • Problem solving tools like 8D,5D, Why Whyanalysis , 7QC tools,CAPA management,
  • Make sure that manufacturing processes are performed correctly.
  • Main Role of QA Engineer is Monitoring performance on every stage and on every project, product & spares and submit the report to production and management with problem areas (with solutions)
  • To prepare a In House training calendar and give the on Job Training at Shop Floor workers, as per identified skill gaps.
