Job Description

Opening for QA QC Engineer in press shop , Sheet metal ,Fabrication parts, Stamping components Company is a manufacturer supplier of Sheet metal Press Components & Weld AssembliesDesignation : QA Engineer.Department : Quality Department.Experience : 1 To 4 years Location : Chakan Manufacturing MNC company On Roll JobJob Responsibility

  • Maintain report for FPIR, Receiving Inspection Report, and Layout Inspection Report as per plan. Monitoring final inspection of parts.
  • Monitoring and maintained Internal and External PPM against target.
  • Prepare documents like OPL, SOP, Work station standardization.
  • Preparing PPT of improvement done after resolving the issue (Before and After PPT)
  • Attending the customer end part quality issues, preparation and implement of action plans, root cause analysis, and ensuring issue resolution through 8D format.
  • Quality issues close through 8D report i.e. reviewing corrective & preventive action submissions up to the verification of closure.
  • Daily as well as Monthly basis preparing report like Pareto diagrams, rejection analysis, product audit, process audit.
  • Control & Monitoring Calibration Plan and status for instruments, gauges, template and machines.
  • Reviewing the PFMEA, Control Plan & Quality Plan on the RPN basis for specified quality issues.
  • Effective utilization of 4 Ms (Man, Material, Machine, Method) to achieve departmental objective.
  • Quality problem analysis through 7 QC Tools.
  • New welding Jigs installation, correction & improvement as per GD&T.
  • Knowledge about PPAP, FMEA,Problem solving through root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of different types of sheet metal process like Shearing, Blanking, Forming, Draw, Trimming, Piercing, Notching.
  • Knowledge of CO2 welding, Projection welding, Spot welding.
  • Knowledge of quality techniques(5S, KAIZEN,POKA YOKE ,KANBAN)
