Job Description

    Deliver, standardize and drive efficiency in continuous finance processes in record-toreport, banking, fixed assets and shared services accounting processes in the region. Lead the shared services and fixed assets accounting within the region, including process architecture, protocols and mechanics and related governance. Ensure delivery of R2R shared service centre activities throughout the region (if applicable). Manage R2R shared service centre quality levels through service level agreements, performance metrics and continuous governance rhythm. Lead the banking activities processing, audit and compliance activities within the region. Run all periodic processes related to R2R and general financial accounting, including month-end activities, account reconciliations, periodic reporting, metrics, governance and internal control. Work with Business Finance and Global COE colleagues to maintain best-in-class processes and application of policies. Develop and implement procedures and operational ways of work in a standardized, efficient and effective manner for all markets in the region in the realm of the R2R and general financial accounting stream. Maintain R2R and general financial accounting related internal controls within the region; ensure robust account reconciliations and SOX compliance.,
