Job Description

    • Experience with Component/system responsibility in automotive domain.
    • Steer development of Steering Wheel functions.
    • Lead the development process together with series supplier and internal cross function teams.
    • Experience in supplier management and internal stakeholder management.
    • Responsible for proof of specifications.
    • Knowledge of plastic part design, tooling and manufacturing processes.
    • Knowledge of materials used in Steering Wheel and their standards.
    • Basic System level understanding of automotive electronic systems.(CAN/LIN)
    • Knowledge of GD & T, Data Management/Change processes and drawing standards.
    • Experience in Mercedes Benz Norms and DBL standards, DIALOG, ACM and SMARAGD will be an advantage.
    • Highly motivated, proactive engineer.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with suppliers and program team.
    Nice to have:
    • Data management (Data archiving, Release ready, 2D Drawing creation)
    • Knowledge of 3D master
    • Written and verbal professional communication in German language.
