Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Business Engagement & ownership o Milestone level reviews with business head/Senior Management for achieving targets o Calling out business support items & budget planning for team to run rewards/offers for campaigns. o Accountable for exceeding each business target Data Segmentation o Working with team & BIU for creating of dashboards for visibility in order to drive business numbers. o Submitting requirements with sign-off on creation of PowerBi dashboards on key KPIs for performance monitoring Campaign Monitoring & improvement o Driving team towards finding new segments and using the same for continuous campaign improvement o Creating framework across all businesses for A/B testing framework and monitoring results. Funnel management/tracking o Daily tracking of journey funnels with team and pushing for improvements in the funnel o Pushing for improvement in funnel progression via campaigns/offering etc Driving Digital initiatives o Working with businesses for driving digital initiatives i.e. higher conversions from journey-based leads o Pushing each performance lagging business to catch-up through creating top down pressure and comparison with excelling businesses o Reaching out to BH/GBH for assistance on dips in business conversions Performance issue management o Weekly steeco with product team(s) on resolving important issue items & escalating business hampering performances. o Coordinating with Tech issues with Product/COE & business team(s) for early resolution. o Driving team towards UAT/CUG testing for new business modules for bug identification/fixing Tracking & reporting o Tracking Campaign performance & working with teams /managers for improvement o Tracking APP KPIs and work suggestions for improvement. o Performance Analysis i.e. Contribution to business/Segments conversions etc , * Qualifications Post graduate MBA Bachelors in any domain Work Experience 10-15 years of experience 5-6 year s experience into Financial industry with digital marketing experience Excellent data related acumen for taking business decisions and create growth path Understanding of mobile app industry i.e. technology & data understanding (like segmentation) Should have experience about mobile app communication platforms | Tool i.e. CleverTap, MoEngage etc
