Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Lead/ Lead who can manage business origination though Digital channels for PLCS Digital. The role involves identification of new opportunities for business origination through various digital assets of Bajaj Website Marketplace Experia App Experia Web 3 in 1 App Mobikwik Bajaj finserv App and drive business volumes through these channels. Responsibilities: End to end ownership of business delivery from various digital assets of Bajaj Website Marketplace Experia App Experia Web 3 in 1 App Mobikwik Bajaj finserv App Lead initiatives to increase funnel efficiency & KPIs across channels Identify new digital partnerships Explore opportunities for new products/channels Work proactively with credit risk and other key stakeholders across the organization to resolve critical process issues in a timely manner Deliver differentiation thru technology adoption Qualifications: Masters degree from Premier Institute At least 6-10 years experience in BFSI domain preferably from Fintech Understands financial products technology platforms & has been in similar role earlier A passion for how to use agile and lean practices to improve the speed and quality of delivery Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self -starter Strong Problem-solving ability Ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports Strong communication and presentation skills, * Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Lead/ Lead who can manage business origination though Digital channels for PLCS Digital.
