Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Offer Quality Responsible for identifying information requirements for creating more Offers & Instant disbursal offers Analyze whether enriched data sets are leading to better Approval rates Analyze and fix rejections happening on any data which has been enriched and verified Analyze if BFL Market share is increasing and Performance of Offer vs No Offer pool Weekly working group meeting for points identified by spocs of units Analyzing early portfolio performance on various performance metrics for prospect Assisting in formulation of Standard Operating Procedures Support Business growth and improve portfolio quality Regular Portfolio performance review and analysis Analyzing Performance in correlation with TTD variables Analyzing portfolio performance on various performance metrics for prospect Tracking and Maintaining Key MISs for decision making and proactive actions Publishing regular dashboards for product portfolios Proficiency in using various data analysis tools such as SQL SAS R System CHAID etc. Regular engagement with stakeholders to identify new business opportunity and take policy actions Support in creation of various acquisition policies Find new avenues of growth optimization and innovation * Major Challenges - Working with extremely large data sets Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders from all risk and business units Evaluate usage of data for additional propositions (Line/approval) to customer * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Following decisions are taken by the role: Prioritizing requirement of data variables Data quality Usage of variables in risk policies 6.
