Job Details : We are a Recruitment firm based out of Bavdhan, Pune.We are into Recruitments of IT and Non-IT for our Clients located all over India since 2012.Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 7:30 PMSalary : Will be negotiable as per the experience and last CTC.Responsibilities and DutiesWe have multiple openings for Recruiters and a Sr. Recruiter for our IT & Non-IT Clients.Responsibilities and Duties:- Co-ordinating with the Client for new reqs.- Understanding the JD provided and sourcing relevant resumes from Job Boards.- Co-ordinating the entire recruitment process with the Candidate and the Client-side HR.- Should be comfortable to work on both IT & Non-IT requirements as and when required.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsEligibility Criteria:- Must have excellent English Communication skills.- Freshers are welcome.- Experience into Recruitment will be an advantage.- Knowledge on Passive Recruitment like Linkedin and other platforms will be of an advantage
