    Job descriptionNEW BUSINESS PARTNER ACQUISITION:1) New lead generation activitiesa) Database callingb) Self lead generationc) Acquisition events- Every quarterd) Monthly small events branches to acquire new BPse) Lead generation through existing BPs/employees2) Detailed profiling of closures3) Sending across lead summary and sales report every fortnight3) Updating of leads in LMSTRAINING:1) Mandatory HO training for each BP commenced2) 0-90 days plan- On boarding & local level training of new BP3) RFM BD and basic training; ROM Ops/ Software and processes, RAM Advisoryand Products.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:1) Facilitating inauguration/activities to aid client acquisition.2) Minimum 3 clients PM/BP commenced.3) Making sure that each new BP commenced does a gross revenue of 40K from the 4thmonth of commencement.4) Activating Mutual Fund.Critical Compliance issues Addressal and resolution :1) Registration of new BP & across all segments2) Voice Logger installation3) Visits to newly acquired BPsUpdating MIS to be sent to HO (Leads and handholding process)
