Job Description

    Job Title: Regional Litigation Manager/:-
    • Responsible for Providing Legal Solutions with respect to the needs of the Organization
    • Handle Day to Day cases arising out of various disputes, filed by and against the organization
    • Handle SARFAESI proceedings, till this logical conclusion
    • Handle Execution Proceedings, including filing of execution matters before the concerned courts, and handling the same till its logical conclusion
    • Should have good knowledge of legal aspects of the business of the Organization
    • Should be able to handle Court Matters I,e, Before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, District Court and Consumer Forum.
    • Should have good people management skills
    • Should have good knowledge on recovery proceeding through legal tools.
    • Maintain all records and files of SARFAESI as well as cases filed by and against the Organization
    • Coordinate with Lawyers and Law Firms and ensure their appearance in the matters
    • Provide timely update of cases, including the next dates and the stages of the cases
    • Keep record of payments made to law firms/lawyers/enforcement agencies.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Min. 8/10 Years experience in Corporate i.e. Banks/NBFC/Financial Institution.
    • Should have Team Handling Experience
    • Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age
