* Duties and Responsibilities - o Responsible for overall support post onboarding for all REMI merchant enrolment UPI/PPI transaction and drive service SLAs with partners including MID & TID creation within stipulated TAT o Terminal application specifications co-ordinate development and ensuring user testing o Drive service partner SLAs related to EDC POS installation merchant training de-installation o Co-ordination with business team and IT for terminal application change management and testing o Managing call centre setup at Outsourced partner location o Handle different types of merchant queries and providing resolutions within TAT. o Managing QR stickers/table tops along with EDCs as Payment solution and manage vendors. Responsible for driving TAT of vendors for Inventory delivery & accuracy o Co-ordination with IT and business team for any issue , * EXPERIENCE - Good working knowledge of payment solutions like UPI, Wallet, EMI, QR code functionlity, Applications like FinnOne, SFDC, merchant/customer care APTITUDE - Should be a probem solver, open to learn new things, goal oriented, good team player
