The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and reporting sales trends. The Regional Sales Manager will also be expected to conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.Qualifications B.Tech . BE ( Civil or Mechanical) with MBA (Marketing) Proven Sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in the steel construction industry is mandatoryTo develop and open the market of operations, create strong network of alliances, conduct regular market research on general marketTo support Marketing Supervisor and Marketing department with major marketing projects like Exhibitions, SeminarsExternal relationship and participation in Engineering societiesProvide technical support and come up with new ideas to add on marketing literatureTo direct and implement the execution sales promotionsTo explore the potential business areas and marketing and sales operation for achieving targets and enhance business growth and initiateTo identify the prospective clients to generate the businessTo explore new potential business opportunities and identify new market segmentsFormulate and develop sales related policies & guidelinesLead and motivate the sales team, assist as needed in negotiating terms with clientsManage the market research processMeets new clients and introduce the companyDevelop relationships with decision makers of key accounts through visitsGenerate pricing structure, approve discount rates and payment terms & conditions within the authorityMaintain and manage enquiry database and use the same for issuing reportsReview and analyze estimation output and make sure they are maintained at the required competitive level of the market and businessGet estimation & submit Techno Commercial offer in timeTo review recommendation by Head of estimation on enquires and approve the enquiries to be pricedInitial review of potential job in hand enquiriesFinal review of proposal with Head of EstimationAttend techno commercial meeting with clientsNegotiate with Clients and obtain order, get advance payments, LC & BGs in placeEntering into contract with ClientsLiaison with Client for any commercial issue post orderPreparation of tender document, technical and miscellaneous paper works in conjunction with technical teamsMeet with clients and promotes the companys products and services and maintain strong business relationships,
