Description Drive & monitor CRM creation for Acquisition and Relationship Teams in MUBB. Responsible for achievement of TASC New Acquisition Value budgets of mappedCluster Branches in MUBB Act as an efficient conduit between Business, Legal & Compliance, TBG andOperations by being a single point of contact for all Transaction banking needs of Business Facilitate acquisition of new to bank clients from Branch Banking, with clear focus ongranular top line SA- AMB, AQB & EOP growth. Work in partnership with the Relationship Teams on existing portfolio, by identifyingand converting opportunities for generating incremental fee income by cross sell/up sell of CMSand Forex transactions. Design & drive new acquisition campaigns & contests for the business, as directionfrom Channel Management Team at HO. Regularly review and perform Wallet Sizing of existing Liability accounts and publishregional/cluster wise performance dash boards Work closely with Branches/Relationship Teams to improve Sales efficiency in terms ofProduct mix/ Productivity /Sales monitoring process & modify relevant measures/ redesignprocess Regular monitoring of business growth in terms of set benchmarks, business plans andtrends. Identify and regularly interact with underperforming and high potentialbranches/clusters for developing TASC CRM, sharing of best practices, offering product /process solutions Drive productivity of CSL s and regular monitoring/review of CRM Make joint client visits where required along with Business Team,
