Job Description

Experience: 5+Yrs Skill: Release Manager JD:

  • Identify and confirm the requirements for the Application package and SCCM Deployment by co-ordinating, communicating with Customer and requestors once receive the request.
  • Co-ordinate to address the package requirements input and Build instruction document (BID) from the customer for the packaging team Arrange the Interoperability Testing once packaging completed on the Model office device, Build model office devices from build team and involve the deployment team to deploy the application on minimum 2 test devices.
  • Escalate potential issue to packaging team if there is any in the provide package.
  • Engage customer/requestor to perform the interoperability, functionality testing on test devices in-order to test the application package on pre-prod environment to ensure the capability to deploy on the prod devices.
  • Report or Escalate potential Issues to Customer end user computing team Once User Acceptance testing completed on test device arrange the Pilot deployment and regression on a few Business user devices.
  • Analyze failure and take action as appropriate.
  • Establish the Live deployment strategy and inform and co-ordinate with support teams Control, Monitor the end to end Packaging and deployment process Publish Application deployment report and update CMDB record and service catalogue.
