Find below more details about this job opportunity:About company: One of the oldest & reputed business groups of India Known as one of the best employers in IndiaJob title: HR Business PartnerIndustry: RetailLocation: Pune (Aundh)Educational qualification: MBA (HR) or PG Diploma in HR with relevant work experienceWork experience: Around 5 years to 10 years of work experience in HR preferably with Retail industry Should have experience in Manpower Planning, Recruitment, L & D, Career Growth, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organization Development, etc. Applicable labour laws, rules, and regulations Labour market trends Leading industry practices in Employee Relations Grievance and discipline management Productivity norms and industry benchmarks Experience in shop floor is preferable Nurtures Relationship Influences for Impact Leads Diverse Teams Holds Self & Others Accountable Believes in PeopleJob profile: Present the previous manpower related data viz. attrition, cost of lost talent, budgeted positions for the previous year, etc. to present to the business and develop the first cut numbers Provide the requisite support in presenting the overall manpower requirements to the MD and CEOs to finalize the manpower requirements Identify employees who have been stagnant in a role and encourage for career movements in discussion with the manager Facilitate & participate in talent review conversations Liaison with the managers to refine the IDPs and share with the L&D team Conduct the goal labs with the business to ensure the cascading of the business score card ensuring horizontal and vertical alignment Follow up with the managers for the completion of quarterly and yearend review process within the prescribed guidelines Manage connect with the employees and manage any escalations / grievances raised by the employees appropriately as per the guidelines Undertake investigations for allegations raised such as harassment, fraud, etc. as per the principles of natural justice and prepare report on the findings and conclusions Liaison with the regional leadership team in organization structuring exercise aligned to the business requirements Evaluate the manpower numbers periodically and recommend modifications to ensure structural alignment Conduct the selection process of the candidates for the advertised position and provide recommendations based on the interview Ensure that interviews are scheduled in liaison with the appropriate stakeholders and selection of candidate aligned to the requirementsOffice time: 9.0 am to 6.00 pm IST (Monday to Friday)CTC: Rs 8.0 lpa to Rs 10.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification) Key Skills: Nurtures Relationship Influences for Impact Leads Diverse Teams Holds Self & Others Accountable Believes in People Location: Pune Required Experience: 5-10 yrs,
