Job Description

    Essential Job Responsibilities:Hands on Experience in building primary skills VB Script, MS Access, Excel Macros, Power BI, Power App and Business objects for business systems. Secondary Skills:
    • Document Direct (Monarch license) knowledge of reporting files
    • CycleView knowledge of job scheduling
    • CABS knowledge of billing system
    • Clarity - knowledge of data elements/interface file
    • ServiceNow knowledge of data elements tied to INCs, Change Records; creation of ITSR records
    Under general supervision, prepares jobs for execution on various computer systems and executes required sequence of programs in accordance with established procedure. Operates laser printers, microfiche equipment, plotters, and/or on-line or remote terminals, and related equipment to perform various tasks as directed. Monitors system for efficient operation. Working on Service now, MS Access, MS excel and PowerBI Business Process diagrams and Process flow charts using Power Automation. Automated numerous routine tasks using Power BI, thereby reducing manual intervention. Reports any system problems or equipment failures. Makes minor console adjustments. Forwards output data storage media to distribution to meet shipping delivery deadlines and client needs. May perform minor preventive maintenance on peripheral equipment such as tape drive cleaning or printer ribbon replacement. Complete required operating records such as shift reports, problem logs, run requests, etc. Perform other duties as required.Required Qualifications:
    • Education: Graduate. Associate degree or higher in data processing preferred.
    • Certifications: Power BI
    • Minimum # years experience required: 4+ Years
    • Type of work experience required
    • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with exposure to MS Access, MS excel and PowerBI,
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills since this position requires
    • Must be flexible to provide rotation 12/5 available.
