Job Description

    Shift UK shift . Total 3 years of HR related experience required . Must have minimum of 1-2 end to end (E2E) SuccessFactors implementation, including hands on process design and process configuration Bachelor s degree Mandatory HRIS - SuccessFactors process Configuration qualification is a plus Functionally supporting and maintaining customer core people systems (SAP SuccessFactors) Should be partnering with the business, critically evaluating & coming with solutions to problem statements, advising and having a deep knowledge of E2E process management through HR Success factor systems Critically evaluating current state processes Developing and maintaining Business rules, workflow documents, Foundational Objects including process mapping, desktop procedures and end user help documentation across our E2E HR employee lifecycle. Supporting SAP Success Factor system testing to ensure solutions meet end user business requirements and deliver the best possible colleague experience People data/HR management skills Represent People Operations at HR Change Board to support detailed impact assessments, understanding the problem statement, assessing options, defining, and mobilizing implementation plans The candidate will lead a team of professionals with HR processes backgrounds Effectively manage teams including tasks such as resource planning, career planning, performance management, attrition management etc. Coach and help develop team members; help bridge knowledge gaps and overcome skill and will issues Handle User/customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolution Regularly formulate and execute internal and external governance Work with the operations managers to obtain necessary resources like training and support for the team s requirements Excellent written and verbal skills,
