Job Description

    Are you highly organized and detail oriented Can you manage new requirements and develop new solutions We are looking for someone like this to: Manage Day to Market Data Requested from Business Demand Challenge to ensure right products and services are provided to the end users with appropriate business justification Manage Market Data Access / Requests for joiners, leavers, and movers Ensure Market Data Products and Services are being used in a compliant fashion, escalate, and help remediate non-compliant use of market data products and services Collaboration with 300+ external vendors and exchanges in procurement of market data services and products Ensure appropriate workflow tools are utilized for managing requests and at the same time ensuring MDS inventory is accurately captured to enable invoice reconciliation, cost reporting and periodic contract review.Your teamYou will be working in the Market Data Services (MDS) Demand & Compliance team. We are small team of specialists, working within the global MDS team within Supply Chain organization. Supply Chain is a recently established Group Sourcing function. It was created to enhance value identification and delivery within Group Sourcing. Supply Chain provides 3 services, Category Management, Supplier Management and Regional Procurement and includes a Commercial Support and Transformation team., You have: 2-4 years of experience in a market data team in a similar role Hands-on experience in market data management Good knowledge of Market Data Inventory Attributes and how it is set up on MDM Good knowledge of market data access permissioning via DACS and EMRS tools Good knowledge of various Market Data Products and services An understanding of contractual requirements in market data Understanding of MDM inventory set up and cost reporting Proficiency in Microsoft office applications Good written and verbal & communication skills Good Stakeholder Management SkillsYou are: Team player who can operate independently Able to meet contractually required deadlines in a fast paced environment Accountable and self-driven to raise potential issues and impact to stakeholders Able to manage and prioritise workload Problem solver#LI-SS1
