Job Description

    DescriptionQualys is a pioneer in Cybersecurity Risk Management and specializes in offering comprehensive information security and compliance cloud solutions for end-to-end deployment across customer organizations. The Qualys Vulnerability and Threat Research Team is responsible for the research, development and delivery of vulnerability signatures, also known as Qualys IDs or QIDs. These QIDs provide detection and remediation instructions for a myriad of vulnerabilities associated with 300+ software products.The development of QIDs is a continuous process as new threats emerge on a regular basis. The ability to develop QIDs requires mutually beneficial relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) whereby these companies provide Qualys with Not For Revenue (NFR) Licenses allowing Qualys to create QIDs for their respective product offerings that provide detection and recommended remediation of various vulnerabilities. The position of Partner Certification Manager will be responsible for developing and instituting a program to evangelize and endorse the Qualys Certification Program and Process that is complementing and appealing for numerous software and hardware OEMs in the Information Technology arena. The Partner Certification Manager will be responsible for deriving desirable and mutually beneficial outcomes by partnering with designated stakeholders like the Marketing and Product Management teams from these OEMs. The candidate must possess good technological acumen coupled with extraordinary communication, relationship building and negotiation skills. This position warrants the ability to establish enduring mutually beneficial partnerships with several technology OEMs to work with Qualys for developing vulnerability signatures (QIDs) for their respective product(s).EEO Employer/Vet/Disabled,
