Job Description

    Required at GOA- Softgel Printing For Pharma Formulation PlantJob descriptionShould have handled:-Any Softgel Printing Machine.Parle MachineScorpio MachineVaidehi MachineRoles and Responsibilities:-
    • To ensure the cleanliness of the equipment and Area as per relevant SOP.
    • To ensure the status labelling of the area Equipment as per relevant SOP.
    • To ensure safety of material, product and human being and follow EHS policy.
    • To run the machine as per immediate Seniors instructions.
    • To check and ensure that all equipment and accessorises cleaned, well maintained, and labelled with status.
    • To carry out of Inspection, Bulk Packing, Polishing & Printing in soft Gelatin production department.
    • Responsible for checking & ensuring the dispensed quantity/ storage / printing ink as per production plan.
    • Responsible for operation and cleaning as per SOP of S.S. Container, Inspection Table & Machine, Polishing Pan, Printing Machine, Tray Dryer etc.
    • Responsible for Product Quality in Inspection, Bulk Packing, Polishing & Printing Stage.
    • To ensure the setting and operation of machine to minimize wastage during manufacturing activities.
    • To check and ensure the area monitoring of respective area as per SOP.
    • Responsible for cleaning of Equipment as Product to Product or Batch to Batch as per SOP.
