Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for the overall project management function providing leadership coordination and management of PMO processes and functions managing delivery and providing support. Program Management Delivery schedule Change process management Project Monitoring and Status Reporting to Senior Management. Formulate plan and execute strategies to meet future organization requirements Build / deliver reliable and scalable technologies to cater to high volume and velocity Understand / identify business problems and propose technology solutions Partner closely with Project Management Office and Business Support Operations to provide information/resolve issues as needed. Executed project management functions for technology implementation and upgrades Manage projects with optimizing the overall cost and timeline Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation Attend review meetings business user meetings IT meetings etc. Implement Consumerized technologies for employees branch and customers track usage of the technologies deployed increase usage using different strategies etc. Partner and vendor management Managed project implementation activities for software and infrastructure projects. Implemented Infrastructure upgrades to meet peak holiday season requirements. Process procedure and infrastructure improvement and standardization. Performed Resource Planning for sustain support and launch projects. Optimize resource planning cost estimation budgeting and cost control activities in the given budget for a services based project. Experience in project resource planning and forecasting resource expenses. * Major Challenges - Keeping up to date with the latest technology Migration of old system to new technology Handling Production issues during migration Conduct systematic Root Cause Analysis * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Finalizing the Architecture Preparing data structure Implementation plan Resource identification & alignment , * a) Qualifications Graduation in computers / electronics b) Work Experience Experience of 8 10 years (E06) c) Mandatory Skills (tasks may differ basis the below mentioned skill sets) Must have: Minimum qualification required is BE/BTech/ Diploma in computers / electronics with an experience of more than 8 years Should have strong knowledge of RDBMS- - SQL SERVER, MySQL & ORACLE and NoSQL database Cosmos Should have strong hands-on experience in core technologies Java Should have strong knowledge on setting up production environment with Apache Tomcat, JBoss application servers. Server parameter setup and monitoring Should have strong knowledge about design patterns of web applications. Well versed with API s, Microservices, Webhooks, AWS/AZURE API gateway. Should have knowledge about VAPT testing. Automation Testing experience would serve as advantage Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Excellent relationship skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
