Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Data Mining cleansing extraction from existing Databases on SQL Create contextual product specific databases Create Automated process for reporting and auto campaign trigger Identify alternate data sources to drive campaign Performance analysis basis historical data and create statistical models Build propensity models to identify high performance customer segments Develop campaign dashboard on Power BI for Senior Management presentation Increase overall offer pool by tweaking data variables Coordinate with Data Science team to understand and incorporate additional data variables/logic Analyze campaign performance and take corrective actions to improve performance , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduate/Post graduate in Engineering/ Statistics/MCA from a premier institute Work Experience 1. 2-4 years of experience with NBFC/Banks in Techno-commercial role 2. Strong experience in SQL - should be able to build complex and optimized queries 3. Strong experience in Excel - should be comfortable with advanced functions. Understanding of macros is beneficial 4. Must be familiar with statistical software tools such as SAS, Stata, SPSS 5. Knowledge of finance industry and experience in risk function
