    Job DescriptionWhy will you enjoy this new opportunity By joining Order to Cash Biz Ops Shared Services Team, you will be engaged in delivering frictionless purchasing and consumption experiences for our customers, partners, and colleagues to accelerate our transition to a modern, multi-cloud SaaS future.Our core operational, order to cash areas include Booking Operations, Order Management, SaaS and subscription business operations, License Management, Fulfillment, Strategy and Transformation, and Training and Enablement.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing
    • The primary objective of this position is to have good understanding of the RMA policy (Revenue), understand downstream impacts on RMA bookings. Maintain48 hours SLAsfor First Response Time on all requests in OM credit queue. Learn the business model and the different lines of business and order types- Perpetual RMA, DR Returns, VCPP RMA. Work across multiple applications within the Worldwide Biz Ops Shared Services purview. Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as required by the business
    • Within 30 to 90 days of employment, complete all the onboarding formalities and learnings, understand various pillars of the Order to Cash Biz Ops Shared Services team, their +functionalities, their vision, and get trained on standard operational activities. You will get trained and certified on Perpetual RMA & DR Returns
    • Within 180 days of employment, you will get trained & certified on SaaS RMAs
    • Within 360 days of employment, you will become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on one of the order types for RMA process and front-end initiatives that will maximize business agility, participate in projects and initiatives related to quality and operational efficiency. You will be able to accurately review and process all types of RMA requests as per SOX and export compliance policies. Contribute towards the reviewing and updating the process document
    The Work: What type of work will you be doing What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis
    • Handle order processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and alignment to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations
    • Interact with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice process for return process
    • SME (Subject Matter Expert) for one line of business (RMA) and core focus areas and act as Operations backup where needed.
    • Challenge the status quo and identify transformational ideas and suggestions that improve operational efficiencies, partner experience, and simplicity of operations
