Qualification : Anyone Knowing Basic Computer, Internet, E - Mail and ChattingWe wish to have a customer care Executive who can interact with customers. Company gets about 30 - 40 calls a day, a few WhatsApp messages and about 10 live chat requests. This data has to be uploaded on an excel sheet.
