Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have an opening for the role of Resort Manager.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train and motivate resort management team and staff
  • Duty to comply with all procedures and standards as set out in the staff manuals
  • Ensure excellent communication between resort management team, and with resort staff
  • Ensure health and hygiene standards are met
  • Responsibility to have regular positive contact with guests throughout their stay
  • Monitor overall resort expenditure and completing weekly accounts
  • Responsible to arrange and conduct weekly meetings with the resort management team
