Job Description

Job Purpose: Conversion of footfall into revenueSmooth retail operationDrive sustainable profitability and excellent customer feedback Key Accountabilities: Store Profitability 1.Map market demand and trends with the stocks and ensure availability of the required stocks at store all the time and forecasting future business2.Drive analysis & research towards organisation goals3.Maintain shrinkage below 0.0005% of the revenue4.Continuous work on cost optimisation & to have higher profitability5.Store hygiene to be maintained at highest possible level to keep Premium Customer Experience6.Handholding support to Marketing & Branding team for all the BTL activities in the city which are intended to increase footfall of the store7.Achieve monthly sales & service revenue8.Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.9.Responding to customer complaints and comments.10.Ensuring accuracy by the team at work specially while handling revenuesTeam Building & Motivation 1.Keep team morale high & motivated all the time2.Resolve team grievances3.Complete adherence to company policies & processes4.Excellent manpower planning for smooth operationsBottom line responsibilities 1.Have analytics in place for increased profitability2.Effective communications with internal & external customers Key Functional Skills: 1.Good command over spoken & written English.2.Fast at picking up product knowledge & should be able to train & guide the team3.Must know Hindi and one more local Indian Language as per the location of the store4.Computer Literacy MS Office, / Retail billing software (ERP)5.Strong understanding of retail market with geography specifications Key social skills: 1.Keenness to grow rapidly through smart work and efficient working2.Good interpersonal skills to interface with multiple stakeholders3.Handle pressure of hard work and rapid changes in business environment.
