Knowledge of the following products / customer segments in the Rural market:II. Salaried, Self-employed Professionals, Small & Medium Enterprises & Micro EnterprisesIII. Expertise in Mortgage Loans (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan etc) portfolio is requiredIV. Adherence to the credit policies & processes for the respective product & ensuring they are implemented correctly.V. Conducting PD at customers place.VI. Deliver quick Turnaround Time (TAT) to provide decision on the loan applications as per the company policy.VII. Assist Sales / Operations team in disbursement of loan and legal documentation.VIII. Ensuring delinquency metrics & bounce rates are under control.IX. Provide feedback to Regional & Head Office on credit processes / policies / branch updatesX. Regularly provide feedback to the Head Office on the changes in the market trends.XI. Vendor empanelment and management (Valuers & Lawyers).XII. Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness & ensure that the sales team source right type of customers.XIII. Visit customers in case of stress, conduct verifications as per authorisation matrix.XIV. Maintain Portfolio quality Managing & supporting Collections of the acquired portfolio,
