Mess Boy is responsible for following criteria Maintain Mess Room and serve food and clearance of the table during all four meals. Tea snacks service to clients at control rooms/ other locations. Night Mess Boy should peel cut sweet lime for juices. For Night Mess Boy - Tea, snacks and food services to clients at control rooms/ other locations in the night shift. For breakfast; night Mess Boy keep ready the Mess room and all tables, water filling, etc. Will take the service to be in proper manner in the mess room and the galley and will be responsible for cleaning mess room and bottled items of the mess room, take up the calls in galley and will report to camp boss for refill of table items as existing item being finished on mess table. Counter Boy are responsible for following criteria Maintain food counter/ refilling during all four meals. Co - ordination between Mess Boy and Cooks if any cook food is about to finish between meal timing. Maintain and up keep required crockery, utensils, etc at counter. Tea snacks service to clients at their control rooms/ other locations. Room Boy cum Housekeeper are responsible for following criteria - Serving tea, snacks and meals for clients in their rooms. To maintain cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms and alleyways, offices, radio room, recreation. Daily bedding, sweeping/ moping of the clients rooms. Responsibility of getting linen and clothes washing from laundry. Maintain cleanliness of galley and accommodation area on installation. Maintain highest standard of hygiene and service to Client. Fully assist in food service, clearance, galley and store cleanliness, room upkeep and laundry service and sorting of fruits daily and help the cooks in sorting the vegetables. Self development of system and methods used. Extends full cooperation to senior staff in maintaining operation harmony.,
