Job Description

    Job Title: RPA Developer Automation Anywhere (API & Salesforce Integration) Experience: 8 to 12 Years Salary: Up to 31 LPA Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-Time / PermanentWe are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA) and hands-on integration skills involving APIs and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will architect, develop, and maintain complex automation solutions that streamline business processes and integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms.Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and deploy Automation Anywhere (AA) bots for high-volume, mission-critical business processes.
    • Implement end-to-end API integrations using REST/SOAP between AA and external/internal systems.
    • Develop automation workflows with direct integration into Salesforce (data fetch, process triggers, object manipulation).
    • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
    • Create reusable bot frameworks, manage bot lifecycle, and ensure exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
    • Work closely with IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and secure deployments.
    • Maintain documentation, including solution design documents (SDDs), technical specifications, and SOPs.
    • Lead or mentor junior developers and contribute to code and design reviews.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 8-12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Automation Anywhere (A2019 or v11) development.
    • Proven experience in API integration within AA, including working with JSON/XML and authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT).
    • Hands-on experience in Salesforce integration through APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, Streaming API).
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript as part of automation logic.
    • Strong understanding of RPA best practices versioning, error handling, and exception management.
    • Experience with RPA Control Room, bot deployment, credential vault, and scheduling.
    • Familiarity with SDLC/Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, or DevOps pipelines.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or equivalent.
    • Experience integrating with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other enterprise tools.
    • Exposure to cloud-based automation deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts (objects, triggers, workflows) is a plus.
