Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
  • Liaise closely with other PGDS and Third Party Support groups to resolve problems.
  • Documenting, logging and managing support requests in the Service Management tools to high standards.
  • Proactively engage in improvements initiatives through constant review of processes/procedures
  • Represent RPA Technical Support team on any project activity which may impact support services
  • Monitor automated processes to ensure successful execution as per defined schedules
  • Monitor Termination / Failure of Bots and take corrective actions
  • Restart Bot based on the Handbook / Manual
  • Triage or escalate alerts from underlying applications
  • Raise incident for abnormal Termination / Failure follow up till closure
  • Manage multiple Bots based on the processing volumes
  • Increase the availability for effective utilization of Bots
  • Periodic health check of robotic resources
  • Incident/outage/change/problem management
  • Report Weekly metrics and analysis
  • Operational continuous improvement
  • Perform minor enhancements and fixes
  • Coordinate with respective business application teams to get the bot working to its expectation
  • Coordinate with Network, security and other technology teams as required.
  • Participate in situation monitoring calls and Patch maintenance routines
  • Identifying and escalating problems to Incident Management and to Team Leaders, which could have high impact to Business customers
  • Available on-call support
  • Plan and prioritize own work and ensure on time delivery of all assigned tasks.
  • Work effectively with immediate colleagues to complete allotted tasks.
  • Education and Experience Level

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience developing and/or supporting in different kinds of automation tools with at least 2+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath or other kinds of automation tool
  • Should be adept with RPA lifecycle and support model.
  • Should contribute in building the CoE for RPA UiPath.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance support functions on RPA technology. Working Knowledge on UiPath would be a plus.
  • Should have sound knowledge on .Net with C# or JAVA, OOPS concept and fair understating of Database.
  • Good debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • UiPath Advanced Level Developer certification is preferable
